What is a camp physical?
Many camps, including summer, sports, and track out camps, require that campers have a physical exam. The purpose of the camp physical is to ensure that the camper is able to participate is the activities offered at the camp.
What is the price of the exam?
The physical exam is $40.00. Usually, there are no labs required. If blood labs, immunizations, or other services are performed in addition to the physical exam, addition charges will apply. Our staff will discuss options and prices before any services are performed. Payment is due at time of service. We accept Visa, MasterCard, debit/ATM cards, and cash.

What should I bring with me?
Please bring information about previous immunizations, and the medical form required by your camp. We will complete the form and have it available to you before you leave our office. We have forms on hand – just in case you forget yours.
What should I expect?
When you arrive, you will be asked to fill out a form to tell us about the minor’s health history, and then you will be guided to a private exam room. The medical exam typically takes less than 20 minutes. We will review your health history including immunizations, and a general medical exam will be performed to determine if the camper will be able to participate in the typical activities at the camp.
