The Most Common Questions We Receive
What is the age range of your patients?
6-65 years old.
It is very important we are a great fit for your medical needs. For that reason, we do not prefer to treat children under 6 and seniors over the age of 65. Thank you very much for understanding.
How long is the typical wait for a walk-in patient?
5-15 minutes.
Walk-ins are often seen within minutes. Every now and then you wait could possibly be longer than 15 minutes.
What should I bring?
Please bring your ID and insurance card if you have insurance.
If your visit is work-related, please bring your ID and authorization if available.
What do you treat?
We perform a lot of physical exams of all types. Illness, infections, and injuries, including sprains and strains, are also common reasons our patients visit our doctor’s office.
We also perform drug screens and preventative medicine.
Do I need an appointment?
No, you can walk-in for most services.
Feel free to call ahead if you prefer. We can put you on our schedule.
Do you offer preventative medical services?
Yes. Blood work, urine testing, EKG, physicals, and specialist referrals.
Do you have an X-ray machine?
Yes. Our X-ray machine is located at our Capital Blvd. location.

Payment & Insurance Questions and Answers
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, and debit cards.
What insurances do you accept?
For urgent care services, we accept United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Sheild, and Cigna.
For workers comp injuries, essentially all insurance is accepted.
What does a typical doctors visit cost?
Basic visits start between $50 and $95.

Do you do drug screens?
Yes. For nearly 200 companies. We also perform drug tests for parents worried about their children’s possible drug use.
Do you do work related injuries?
Yes. For nearly 200 companies.
Do you handle workers comp injuries?
Yes, often. And we accept nearly all insurance providers for workers comp injuries.
Do you do DOT physicals?
Yes. For over 100 companies. We perform DOT physicals every day. No appointment needed.
Can I come in if I got hurt at work?
Yes. Have your employer call us or we can call them when you arrive.
